It seems like each new version of the Prism DuroSport has some new battery problem that is worse than an previously reported battery problem. We’ve received numerous reports from users who have apparently voided their warranty on THEIR FIRST ATTEMPT TO CHARGE THE PLAYER!
Prism technical support is now help. Once they’ve determined that you have voided your warranty they hang up immediately.
