It seems like each new version of the Prism DuroSport has some new battery problem that is worse than an previously reported battery problem. We’ve received numerous reports from users who have apparently voided their warranty on THEIR FIRST ATTEMPT TO CHARGE THE PLAYER!
Prism technical support is now help. Once they’ve determined that you have voided your warranty they hang up immediately.

i got my durosport 5 days ago and when i ried to charge it for 48 hours it failed on me!!!
i only charged it for 39.98 hours!!!! and then they voided my waranty they said i charged it too short.
I charged mine for nearly 3 days and they said I overcharged it. Doesn’t it have something that stops the charging when the battery is full? Apparently not. Now I get about 2 seconds of battery life which is not enough time to complete the warm up process.
