DuroSport Customer Support Issues
Has anyone tried calling DuroSport customer support lately? It seems like they are always on vacation. I called last week and received a message directing me to the support schedule on the company website. It looks like their support staff has every other week off! I don’t think that’s normal?
Any ideas on how we can reach DuroSport support?
I got through by using Moldova’s telephone information system, fononet. Just ask for any common Moldovan name in the town of Cojusna. It turns out that’s where they have one of their factories, and almost the whole town works there. If the person you get can’t help you, they’ll know somone who can. This will be hard, I guess, if you don’t know Moldovan or Romanian. Luckily, most of them speak Russian.
