Angry Durosport Customers Line-Up Here
This site is devoted to documenting consumer complaints about the worst mp3 player ever created. Like most of you, were bought our Prism Durosport believing that it was superior to the iPod. After just a few days of use, though, it became apparent that the Durosport company has manufactured a seriously flawed product. To make matters worse, their customer support is virtually non-existant.
Please feel free to post your complaints below. As this site expands we’ll open up threads to discuss specific problems (like the notorious battery issue).
Each time I connect earphones or my cassette recorder to my Prism DuroSport player, I get an “Internet connection not available” trouble tone that over powers the music. To make matters worse, when I do connect my Prism DuroSport to my router so I can use either my cassette recorder or my earphones, the doorbell rings and those content investigators seem to have mistakenly knocked on my door (again). I wish those cable pirates would get a life. If those pirates would just pay for their cable, maybe we could just all get along.
